The enclosed list of some of the projects executed over the last few years shows the expertise and the experience of GDS in the hospitality, corporate, retail and commercial real estate sectors. While we recognize that each project is unique and has its own requirements, yet, our practical experience has given us the knowledge and confidence to put together a package which could be the most cost effective for our client.

Our recent success stories include the provision of doors, wardrobes, skirting, vanity units, paneling, etc. to the prestigious World Trade Centre Residence in Dubai. This project, worth approximately AED 25 million, was executed in about a year.

We are happy to report that world renowned brands like TIFFANY, GRAFF, DAMAS Exclusive, Paspaley (to name only a few) have entrusted to GDS the fit-out works of their luxury boutiques, not only in the UAE, but also in other countries. We are currently working on these projects in the Philippines, India and Indonesia.

We are also engaged presently in the refurbishment work of the Sharjah Museum Department Headquarters. This entails the restoration of a very old building, including demolition of certain parts and concrete repairs. Over the coming period, this building will be completely refitted with brand new services, partitions, facade and furniture.

While we revel in the creation of signature interiors for the world's best known brands, our experience in the commercial joinery sector is second to none. We have the expertise and capacity to produce and install doors, wardrobes, kitchens, etc. in significant quantities in short periods. We are also registered with the Civil Defense Departments of Dubai and Abu Dhabi as manufacturers of fire rated doors.

A number of projects for Banks, Retail outlets and Corporate offices are currently underway. We are now working on the provision of joinery items for numerous commercial real estate projects. After going through a rigorous process of sampling, we are being awarded large joinery projects for buildings and villas being developed in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman.
